Turkey Burger Topped With Beans Beans Seasoned In Turmeric
This simple meal recipe can be eaten with or without bread. It takes about 35 minutes to cook.
Cook turkey burger until thoroughly cooked. Once cooked place on plate or on toasted bread. Top with Black Beans & any left over salad mix you may have. We used raw onions, red raw beats, and lettuce in this picture.
~Black Bean Seasoned With Turmeric
Mix a can of black beans with 3 Tablespoons of Turmeric until the spice dissolves into beans. Add thinly sliced onions and homemade hot pepper (Click Here for Recipe) sauce to taste.
~Potatoes With Scallions
Rinse scallions until clean. Cut a half of cup into small rectangles.
Boil potatoes until soft. Drain water, add to (
non-stick) frying pan with a small amount of olive oil. Fry the potatoes for 2-3 minutes, add raw scallions. Pull from heat and cover.
Time to bring out the plates!!! You can pour some homemade hot pepper sauce on top of your burger for an added kick!
