Kale Chips with a Kick

Ready for the easiest snack recipe ever?Kale Chips

I know, I know… Kale chips have been around for what seems like forever now, right? This recipe is very quick and the best part, no dehydrator needed! It’s such a versatile snack. I love to pack some with me to munch on while at work. I even eat it as a post yoga treat to help keep me going.


2-3 cups fresh kale, rinsed and chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Ground pepper
Red pepper
Garlic powder


Preheat oven to 350F. Thoroughly rinse kale and dry with paper towel.

Toss in bowl with olive oil and seasoning (to your preference).

Spread out onto a baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Don’t be afraid to squeeze some lemon juice on the chips right before they come out of the oven!

Makes about two servings.
